Keeping the throttle partially open and modulating the input will give you a lot more control and doesn't unsettle the car nearly as much, which is paramount when doing the challenges in the Metro 6R4. Some more general tips - unless you are driving a 2000cc Subaru 22B WRC, you almost never want to be at full throttle. Unfortunately it is just one of those achievements where you just have to practice a lot to get better at the game, there are no real shortcuts. Otherwise, most of my other advice still stands.
